Who should apply?

Applicants should be:

• Emerging leaders in the private, public and voluntary sector.
• Passionate, entrepreneurial individuals who have a desire to affect real community change.
• Employees in a middle management role or individuals who are looking to transition themselves into a leadership role within their organization.
• All applicants must have an interest in the well-being of the Niagara community.

• 100 word biography, a
• Essay answers to the questions listed in the Application Form.

**Eligible candidates may be interviewed prior to acceptance.**
